Mostly Inactive: Little planned movement, mostly sitting, short walks only (e.g. around the house, to the local shops), no regular exercise. 

Lightly Active : Regular walking, gardening or household activity; Light exercise 1-3 times per week; No heavy breathing or sweating.

Moderately Active : Brisk walking, cycling, swimming or gym sessions; Exercise 3-5 times per week; you breathe harder and may sweat but can still talk

Very active (+1 self direction) :  Structured exercise most days; Running, High-intensity gym workouts; sport or long training sessions; Heavy breathing and sweating are common

Appetite suppresants (e.g. Ozempic, Mounjaro)
